I'm researching this company and wondered if any of you have had any experiences with them. They are in Beverly Hills, CA. I'd appreciate your feedback. Thanks.

how come I hear someone said that posh entertainement is a no license agency, and got a lot of complains?

I didn't end up working with Posh. When I went for an interview, Le'Joi, some "exec", was trying to sell me pictures for a comp card for about $1,000. When I asked her about the agencies Posh worked with, she could only come up with a couple of names and those I had never heard of. When I checked them out on the net I couldn't find anything. So after all of that, I figured the complaints about them had to have some merit.

Thanks, everyone, for your feedback!

Not yet, I’m going in for an interview tomorrow, but I would like to hear from you all. On wheter or not they are reliable or not. I have worked with modeling agencies and acting agencies in the past. I’m kind of skeptical now.

There are so many scams in this town, and in the industry in general. So many people willing to try just about anything to get their foot in the door.

NO agency should require you to pay ANY FEE.

Obviously you will need headshots. If you don't have them and an agency is seeing you, chances are it's a headshot scam.

There are probably more headshot photographers in this town than actors. Poke around and you will find good deals on headshots.

If an agency is telling you "We dont care about your headshots, we want you got get new ones here" Again, scam.

You've chosen a profession with a 98% unemployment rate. Most people think you're a sucker already. Don't prove them right, and don't fall for scams. The sharks are in the water, It's up to you to stay away from them.

Anyone ever heard of breeze company Works ? I keep getting a message from some recruiter who says they want me to model for them on a sport bike, it will be causal clothing, no nudity, they have no website, they also want to know my address and not P.O. box, they said so they can send the money, and then a project supervisor will rent a studio in my city to do the shoot. What does this sound like to you? Does it even sound legit?
